Understanding the importance of proper nutrition

Maintaining a balanced and healthy diet has numerous benefits for overall physical health and well-being. Despite the importance of a balanced diet, nutrient deficiencies are still common. Common nutrient deficiencies include calcium, folic acid, iron, vitamin D, and magnesium. These deficiencies can lead to a range of health issues, such as numbness and tingling in the fingers, muscle weakness, and irregular heart rhythms.
